Grief Counseling

Have you experienced a significant loss?

Are you struggling to cope with the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change?

Do you feel overwhelmed by sadness, anxiety, guilt, numbness, or loneliness?

Grief can touch every part of your life. It may feel like the world has shifted beneath you, leaving you unsure of how to move forward. You might feel as though a part of you is missing, that life no longer looks the way it once did, and that the pain is too heavy to carry alone. Even when others expect you to “be okay,” you may feel stuck in your grief, unsure of how to honor your loss while continuing to live fully.

There are many ways to begin processing grief and finding your footing again. Practices such as mindfulness, movement, journaling, and caring for your physical health can provide some relief. Creating rituals, honoring memories, or finding meaning in what was lost can also be important parts of healing.

And so can speaking with a licensed mental health counselor who is trained to support individuals through grief.

If this sounds like you…

  • You feel sad, lonely, anxious, or depressed after a loss

  • You’re struggling with the finality of what’s changed or who you’ve lost

  • You feel guilt, anger, or regret about things left unsaid or unresolved

  • Certain places, dates, or routines trigger intense waves of grief

  • You want to find a way to move forward without forgetting or minimizing your loss

…then one-on-one grief counseling may help.

In a safe, supportive environment, I help clients explore their grief at their own pace. Together, we work to process painful emotions, develop coping strategies, and make space for healing while honoring what has been lost. Grief counseling is not about “getting over” your loss—it’s about learning how to carry it in a way that allows for peace, connection, and meaning.

There is no timeline for grief. Healing does not mean forgetting, and the length of time you grieve is not a measure of how deeply you loved. With support, it is possible to move forward while still holding what matters most in your heart.

If you’re struggling with grief, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can navigate this difficult season and help you find your way toward healing. Let’s schedule a time to talk.
